Annual General Meeting of Advantag AG resolves new election of the Supervisory Board
The Supervisory Board of Advantag AG was newly appointed according to the agenda.
At Advantag AG’s second Extraordinary Shareholders’ Meeting this year, it was decided to elect a new Supervisory Board and to expand the Supervisory Board to four members. The current members of the Supervisory Board have declared that they will not continue in office if new Supervisory Board members are elected.
Friedrich Orth, graduate engineer, Hamburg, Burkard Dregger, lawyer, Berlin, auditor Petra Wierzchowski, Berlin, and Jennifer Gräf, architect M.Sc., also resident in Berlin, were elected as new members of the Supervisory Board. The election will take place when the resolved expansion of the Supervisory Board to four persons takes effect. All new members of the Supervisory Board have declared that they accept their election.
