Advantag AG completes capital increase from authorized capital

The resolved capital increase from authorised capital was successfully completed.

Advantag AG (ISIN: DE000A1EWVR2, WKN: A1EWVR), based in Geldern in the Lower Rhine region, is active in the field of global climate protection and is a trader of CO2 emission rights and green electricity certificates of origin. For two years now, the subsidiary Auximio AG has also been active as a microfinance institution accredited by the German government’s microcredit fund.

The Management Board of Advantag AG announces that the capital increase resolved on December 1, 2017, with the issue of up to 60,000 new registered shares at an issue price of EUR 1.50 per share, has been successfully completed. Following the entry of the capital increase in the Commercial Register, the share capital will be increased by EUR 60,000.00 from the current EUR 651,875.00 to EUR 711,875.00. The company’s share capital will thus be divided into 711,875 shares with a nominal value of EUR 1.00 each. At the same time, the Company’s Articles of Association (Section 4) will be amended with regard to the share capital. Furthermore, the Company will have the global certificate adjusted accordingly after the capital increase has been entered in the Commercial Register. All 711,875 shares will be admitted for trading on the Düsseldorf (primary market) and Berlin stock exchanges after the amendment to the global certificate has been implemented.
