Main shareholder intends to increase capital by contributing two companies.
Advantag AG has been informed by its principal shareholder, IGP Beteiligungs AG, Berlin, that it intends to contribute IGP Ingenieur AG, Berlin, and IGP Projekt GmbH, Berlin, to the Company by way of a capital increase against contributions in kind.
The final decision as well as the concrete implementation will depend to a large extent on the result of the value of the contributions in kind and Advantag AG, which has yet to be determined.
The Management Board of the Company considers the contribution in kind to be a sensible way of expanding the Company’s business. The final decision on the non-cash capital increase will be made by Advantag AG’s General Meeting.
