Supervisory Board appoints Stefan Gräf as a further member of the Management Board.
The Supervisory Board of Advantag AG appointed Stefan Gräf, Berlin, a graduate engineer, as a further member of the Management Board of Advantag AG at today’s meeting. The Management Board members Stefan Gräf and Raik Heinzelmann have sole power of representation and are exempt from the restrictions of § 181 BGB (German Civil Code). At the same time, the resolution was passed to open an independent branch office in Berlin.
