The capital increase has been registered

With the inclusion of the new shares in the collective securities depository at Clearstream Banking AG, which is expected shortly, the new 60,000 shares will be tradable. The share capital has thus increased by EUR 60,000.00 from EUR 651,875.00 to EUR 711,875.00. The new shares are entitled to profits from 1 January 2018
